Terms of Use

1. What MAGNET is

MAGNET is a coaching tool. It scores your dating profile, rewrites your bio, and suggests messages you can send. Every suggestion is a draft: you read it, you decide, you press send. MAGNET never sends anything on your behalf and never connects to your dating accounts.

2. Adults only

You must be 18 or older to use MAGNET.

3. No guaranteed results

We are confident MAGNET makes you better at this, but dating outcomes depend on many things we don't control. Scores and suggestions are informed opinion generated by AI, not fact, and AI can be wrong. Use your own judgement — especially before acting on anything that matters.

4. Subscriptions

MAGNET is sold as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play. If a free trial is offered, unused trial time is forfeited when you subscribe.

Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

Cancel any time in your device's subscription settings — iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us.

5. Use it decently

Don't use MAGNET to harass, deceive, impersonate, or pressure anyone, and don't upload images of people who would object to it. Don't upload content involving minors. Don't resell the output or try to break, scrape, or overload the service. We can withdraw access for misuse.

6. Your content

What you upload stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to process it and return your result — nothing more. As set out in the privacy policy, we don't store it.

7. Availability and liability

MAGNET is provided "as is". We aim to keep it running but can't promise uninterrupted service, and features may change. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
